| 1. Test Automation Engineers – 2 to 5 year's software industry experience |
- At least 2 years’ hands on test automation experience with Selenium/ Watir / TestComplete
- Strong scripting knowledge in PHP/Ruby is a must
- Ability to generate automation frameworks using Table Driven, Data Driven or Hybrid approaches
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on Software Testing experience
- Sound knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals, viz., Black-box test techniques, SDLC, STLC, Defect Tracking tools, Agile testing & Test
- Strategy definition
- Exposure to Test Management tools such as Quality Centre/Test Director

| 2. Test Automation Engineers – 3 to 6 year's software industry experience |
- At least 2 years’ hands on experience with Functional Automation tools from HP (Mercury) / Rational / Seague / Compuware / Silk

Ability to generate automation frameworks using Table Driven, Data Driven or Hybrid approaches
- Expertise in descriptive programming & VB scripting is essential
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on Software Testing experience
- Sound knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals, viz., Black-box test techniques, SDLC, STLC, Defect Tracking tools, Agile testing & Test Strategy definition
- Exposure to Test Management tools such as Quality Centre/Test Director

| 3. Performance Test Engineers – 1 to 3 year's software industry experience |
- At least 1.5 years’ hands on experience in performance testing using Load Runner or other performance testing tools from HP (Mercury) / Rational / Seague / Compuware / Silk
- Expertise in scripting and good knowledge of one of the OO based programming languages is essential
- Good knowledge of performance testing & engineering
- Conversant with estimation methodologies in performance test projects
- Hands-on Software Testing experience
- Sound knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals, viz., Black-box test techniques, SDLC, STLC, Defect Tracking tools, Agile testing & Test Strategy definition
- Exposure to Test Management tools such as Quality Centre/Test Director

| 4. Senior Performance Test Engineers – 4+ year's software industry experience |
- At least 2 years’ hands on experience in performance testing using Load Runner or other performance testing tools from HP (Mercury) / Rational / Seague / Compuware / Silk
- Hands on experience designing, developing and optimizing enterprise application for performance with focus on coding (on Java, J2EE, SQL) & design.
- Expertise in scripting and good knowledge of one of the OO based programming languages is essential
- Proficient at J2EE application performance tuning & SQL Query optimization
- Conversant with estimation methodologies in performance test projects
- Hands-on Software Testing experience
- Sound knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals, viz., Black-box test techniques, SDLC, STLC, Defect Tracking tools, Agile testing & Test Strategy definition
- Exposure to Test Management tools such as Quality Centre/Test Director

| All candidates should posses the following credentials: |
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science OR Electronics & Communication or M.C.A from a reputed University with a minimum of First Class
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with clear spoken and written English
- Tool specific certification will be an added advantage.
